If there’s one thing I’ve learned in life, it is that the alternative to anything good in is ‘change’. Whether it be health, money, love and relationships, if you’re not willing to ‘change’, there is no alternative… there is no solution!

Life is like that. Accept it, reject it, do what you will with it, but I guarantee that if you research and study anyone who has surmounted great complications and challenges in their lives… all had to succumb to ‘change’.

They stopped blaming everybody else and everything else for their problems and circumstances and started focusing on changing their perspectives on things. Most have asked “what must I do to overcome this challenge”? And the answer in time is always the same, “change” what you’re doing.

There’s an old saying which goes something like this… “if you keep doing what you’ve always been doing, you’re going to keep getting what you’ve always been getting”. Does this make sense? It should because it’s the truth. The key is ‘change’ what you’re doing. Whether it be in love, money, health, change what you’re doing and new things will come your way in time.

Yes, ‘change’ is hard for most. Stuck in a society and lifestyle that demands most of your waking hours… at the end of the day you’re too tired to even begin to ‘change’.
